Mise Signature Supply Co. is an independent hospitality supply retailer. Products are sourced through established hospitality supply channels. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any hotel brand, manufacturer, or property referenced on this site.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on order size, product availability, and destination. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at time of order. Signature Supply Co ships within the continental United States only.
Carriers We ship via multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is determined by order size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk or trade orders, shipping costs will be quoted at time of order confirmation. Contact us directly for shipping estimates on large or custom orders.
Bulk & Trade Orders Large volume and trade orders may require additional processing and lead time beyond our standard 2 business day processing window. Our team will contact you directly with estimated ship dates for bulk orders.
Delays Signature Supply Co is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance.
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Product images are for reference only and may vary from actual products received.
