Returns & Refunds (Store Credit Only)
⚠ All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.
What is your return window? You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
What are the return requirements? Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
- Email nikki@phse1.com to request a return.
- If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Send your return to: 314 Freedom Ave, Cookeville TN 38501
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How will I receive my store credit? Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue store credit in the form of a gift card or code via email. We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect? Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 3 business days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email a photo of the item/package to nikki@phse1.com so we can correct the issue right away.
Which items are non-returnable? We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (beauty products, sleep aids, scent items, liquids, hair or body care items,)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Pillow & Bedding Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on pillows or Bedding that have been removed from their original, unopened packaging. If you're unsure what pillows or bedding to choose contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange an item? Yes — if you are unhappy with your purchase contact us and we will work together to find the right item for you.
Bulk & Trade Orders Bulk orders, custom orders, and special order products may have different return terms, which will be confirmed in writing at time of order. Contact us before ordering to discuss your specific situation.
Refused Shipments If a shipment is refused at delivery without prior authorization from us, the following fees will be deducted from your store credit:
- 25% restocking fee based on the original order subtotal
- Shipping cost recovery — whichever is greater: our actual cost to ship your order, or the shipping amount you paid at checkout
- $10.00 order processing fee
Refusals that have not been pre-approved by our team are not eligible for full credit. To request a return or discuss your order before it ships, please contact us at nikki@phse1.com prior to delivery.
Processing Schedule Returns are processed weekly for returns received during the previous week. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your store credit to arrive by email.
